Job Description - VP Strategic Partnerships and Technology - FT - IT Administration - INTEGRIS Health (728071) VP Strategic Partnerships and Technology - FT - IT Administration - INTEGRIS Health ( Job Number: 728071 ) VP Strategic Partner and TechJob Code: 0099Position Summary:In support of the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Vice President of Technology and Strategic Partnerships will lead a team focused on accelerating IT value delivery to the organization through partnerships and technology strategies. The VP will set the strategy and priorities for the team, ensuring the strategy is aligned with the organization's goals. They will seek to ensure the organization is innovating in the technology space and appropriately exploring, identifying and implementing new technologies and approaches to create increased reliability of our infrastructure, improved experience and operational efficiencies for our internal and external customers and ultimately a competitive advantage for our organization. This person will own, design, and implement the processes for our key strategic partnerships and technology roadmaps. They will be involved in sourcing and supporting new partnerships. This role requires familiarity with the hospital operations, physician and payer ecosystems as well as a commitment to excellence in the delivery of highly strategic business solutions and partnerships. This position represents a unique opportunity to change how healthcare is being delivered in Oklahoma through technology and partnerships.

*Works with the CIO and the executive team to define partnership strategy and priorities in the area of technology services.

*Leading and managing a team of business development, partner management, business operations and program management professionals to ensure partnerships are executed, set-up for success and managed on an on-going basis

*Works with product, engineering and marketing teams to secure resources and prioritization for partner success.

*Identifying prospective partnership, operational, technological and market opportunities that can accelerate via partnership. Targeting accelerated cost reduction, efficiency and growth opportunities.

*Establishing key KPIs and success measures for the partnerships team; based on a clear strategy and business model. Tracking progress against the partnerships teams goals and hitting critical targets

*Identifying and growing talent on your team to continually raise the talent bar and enable mobility teams for individuals on your team

*Foster, negotiate and execute joint initiatives to launch new and improved existing services

*Effectively engage with internal partners for opportunities for growth; uses data to identify compelling areas of opportunity for customer satisfaction, and to ensure appropriate relationships are fostered for risk mitigation and timely resolution.

*Oversee executive sponsorship, scorecards, roles and responsibilities, with our operational team that will highlight the health of our operational delivery or risks that need executive oversight and resolution; prepare quarterly partner updates for senior leadership.

*Communicate professionally and at multiple levels within the partner organization

*Establish input and feedback channels to gather needs and priorities from various functions and the leadership team, while also adding your own view of opportunities.

*Facilitate the on-going development of our partnership strategy & manage the overall program with broad cross-function collaboration.

*Develop and implement shared organizational practices that will lead to common decisions and processes ' some unique to the partnership.

*Provide visionary leadership and clear strategic direction that can integrate various technology stakeholders

*Lead change management for a diverse organization. Outgoing personality and ability to collaborate, build alliances, and achieve tangible results by engaging a wide range of personalities will be fundamental to our mutual success

*Develop forward thinking business strategies supported by ROI analysis and strong project management.

*Provide strategic leadership to architects, engineers and technology professionals advancing our use of technology to revolutionize design and delivery processes, constantly and constructively challenging the status quo

*Support and create space for innovation by giving ubiquitous access to knowledge, improving efficiency to give people more time and power to design.

*Translate business into technical strategy

*Focus on increasing productivity

*Develop and lead innovative, actionable, vision-driven initiative in collaborative environments to engage, inspire, and influence our architects and engineers.

*Provides strategic leadership and guidance at the executive level in critical areas of technology administration having institution, state-wide and/or national impact.

*Serves on behalf of the CIO as requested.

*Oversees cross-institutional initiatives and executive level projects, fostering strategic partnerships in carrying out enterprise-wide computing services for the central IT organization.

*Assists the Chief Information Officer in leading overall information technology strategic planning to achieve business goals by prioritizing information technology initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technology projects.

*Assists the Chief Information Officer in governance oversight, project and portfolio management, and service delivery management.

*May be responsible for directing key services within the division with broad-reaching institutional and/or statewide impact.

*Provides leadership for planning, developing, and implementing information technology initiatives.

*Leads the development and implementation of best practices and standards in process, design, architecture and operations of all aspects of service-oriented information technology delivery.

*Directs programs to monitor, evaluate and improve customer service delivery.

*Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Accountability: Reports to the CIO. Environmental Conditions: Exposed to frequent and constant interruptions in daily functions/schedule. Must be available to customers and staff throughout the day. Must meet strict deadlines. Qualifications:
*At least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

*Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

*Knowledge and understanding of the current and developing strategic information requirements of a major research university.

*Knowledge of financial/business analysis techniques.

*Knowledge of current trends and developments in information technology.

*Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

*Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.

*Strategic planning and advanced leadership skills.

*Ability to develop requests for and evaluate proposals in reference to leading-edge information services technology.

*Ability to provide strategic guidance and counsel to clientele in the assessment and development of existing and/or proposed systems.

*Ability to identify and secure alternative funding/revenue sources and to develop and evaluate proposals in reference to leading-edge information services technology.
