GDH Consulting has an enterprise client needing some temporary help
in their HR team. This position is currently REMOTE but may require
up to 2 days on site in Tulsa as needed. (Training will be on
As an HR team member you will:
--- Provide information and assistance relative to human resource
policies and programs to employees, supervisors, managers, vendors,
industry peers, and others.
--- Perform HR Generalist activities for a variety of human
resource programs and activities.
--- Act as first line of contact for general HR questions from
inbound/outbound calls and voicemails.
--- Need great Customer Service Skills
--- Assist employees, external customers and vendors via phone (25
to 50%) and email daily.
--- Provide assistance in the day-to-day administration of various
human resources programs and functions including but not limited
o Call Center, Drug Free Workplace and Performance depts.
o Benefits Personnel research/statistics
The successful candidate will have:
--- Knowledge of human resources policies and programs.
--- Working knowledge of applicable functions including employment,
compensation, payroll and/or benefit administration.
--- Kronos experience preferred but not required
--- Experience in use and function of tools and equipment
applicable to position including using computer applications such
as Excel, Access, Word, and Power Point.
--- Working knowledge of application of math, algebra, and basic
--- Excellent Interpersonal/communication skills.
