Job Description Job Description Job Summary The Bar Lead
supports the FOH Manager and leadership team by leading bar shifts,
setting service standards, and acting as the on-floor point person
for the bar team. This role is hands-on and guest-focused,
combining excellent bartending skills with leadership, training,
and operational support. Key Responsibilities Shift Leadership &
Service Lead bar shifts and ensure smooth, efficient service during
operating hours Serve as the primary point of contact for
bartenders and barbacks during shifts Lead by example with
high-quality drink preparation and guest engagement Assist in
resolving guest concerns and service issues in a professional
manner Team Support & Training Support onboarding and training of
new bar staff Coach bartenders on recipes, service standards, and
speed of service Help maintain a positive, team-oriented work
environment Communicate shift needs, issues, and feedback to
management Bar Operations Ensure bar setup, breakdown, cleanliness,
and organization meet standards Monitor product levels during
shifts and communicate restocking needs Assist with inventory
counts and receiving deliveries as needed Ensure proper use of POS
systems and accurate order entry Quality & Standards Maintain
consistency and quality across all beverages Ensure compliance with
responsible alcohol service laws and policies Uphold health,
safety, and sanitation standards at all times Support to Management
Assist the FOH Manager with menu rollouts, promotions, and special
events Step in as acting lead when the FOH Manager is not on duty
Provide input on operational improvements and guest experience
Qualifications & Skills Previous bartending experience required;
lead or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of
cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Excellent communication and
leadership skills Ability to multitask and remain calm in a
fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and guest-focused
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Responsible
alcohol service certification (as required) Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and carry bar
