As a leader of Paycom, the Team Leader of Revenue Accounting is responsible for selecting and hiring the right members of the team, developing professional growth with direct reports, casting vision, and managing to metrics. This includes responsibility for the overall team's success in terms of meeting expectations around billing timeliness and accuracy, process governance for controls, and leading across the organization.RESPONSIBILITIESLeading, coaching, and developing members of the teamEnsure compliance of timelines and deadlines for fee upload for multiple revenue streamsCollaborate with Accounting Leadership daily to analyze billing trends against budget and resolve/explain variances as identifiedReviewing and maintaining expected KPI levels based on existing Service Level Agreement with internal stakeholdersHiring personnel for adequate staffing needsImplementing and managing necessary process controls for complianceCommunicating, leading, and tracking process changes as necessaryAnalyzing large sets of data to reach conclusionsEstablishing, documenting, and updating process documentation for all processes occurring with the team.Research, track, and resolve customer billing issues on a timely basisEstablish and maintain effective communication and collaborate with Paycom personnel and managementAssist with special projects as neededOther duties as assignedEducation/Experience:Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degreePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Certification:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or FinanceLean Six Sigma Green Belt CertificationSkills/Abilities:Team LeadershipChange ManagementData AnalysisTrend AnalysisKPI ManagementProcess DocumentationProcess ImprovementProcess MappingProcess ControlsProject ManagementRequirements GatheringGood telephone skills.Well organized.Attention to detailAbility to multi-taskCooperative and willing to work with others.Customer friendly attitude.Adaptable to changeStrong computer skills (excel and keying skills)Ability to use computer applications, copier, fax machine and telephone.Paycom is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
