Magazines 5000 List of Fastest Growing Private Companies for two years.Job DescriptionISN is seeking a Customer Service Manager to support the Sec-Held HUD contract.In this role, you will manage the customer service team of up to 20 representatives and provide information and solutions in response to inquiries pertaining to products, services, and/or customer complaints. Ensure highest quality of customer service is achieved by all team members. Duties may include, but are not limited to, accessing databases to retrieve reports and/or record information such as escalated customer complaints, run audits of billing or payments processing, keeping records of customer service worker performance, and assessing/evaluating work scope and department needs, proposing recommendations as needed.Protects the privacy of sensitive information by ensuring only authorized parties are provided access to confidential loan information. Responds to, processes, and documents requests via phone, email, and data systems related to mortgage servicing and requires understanding and knowledge of loan documentation. Keeps track of issues and follows up as neededWorks independently to manage customer service team in a fast-paced environment to meet goals and deadlines Builds strong relationships with team members for the creation of a positive, collaborative working environment and the preservation of high morale.Exercises good judgment with the application of ISN and client policies/procedures/requirements as they relate to Customer Service-related tasks and other inquiries. Evaluates and tracks work product/performance and ensures deadlines are met..Performs other tasks as assigned.
