License: Current license from the Oklahoma Board of Medical
Licensure and Supervision as a Physical Therapist Certifications:
Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association
required upon hire Must-Have: Knowledge of physical therapy
principles, methods, and equipment; ability to evaluate and treat
patients; excellent communication skills Description: Under minimal
direction, perform various therapeutic physical therapy treatments
according to the direction of a physician. Interpret physician
orders, evaluate patients, and formulate treatment plans to reach
long and short-term goals. Interpret the patient’s response to
treatment and modify plans to fit the current needs of the patient.
Involved in the discharge planning of patients; write and instruct
patients in a home program. Document treatment results and patient
responses to treatment in medical records. Depending on the amount
of clinical experience, supervise and assist students during their
clinical rotations. Maintain and clean equipment used by the
department. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Required
