Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. • 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc. and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Required Skills/Experience: - Pacemakers; IV insulin protocols, Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI) - Telemetry, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Telemetry – remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Pacemakers/Temporary/Permanent, IV insulin protocols, Feeding tube care and management, Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI), Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Phlebotomy, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Heparin Protocols, PCA, Surgical drains, Nasal Cannula, Oxygen administration, Isolation Precautions/PPE. Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience Required Credentials: EKG Course/ Telemetry test Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Floating Requirements: All candidates must be willing to float to other areas – even if that is another Integris facility, up to 75 miles. 5 days maximum time off.
