As a Travel ICU RN with Gifted Healthcare, you will be a pivotal member of our healthcare team, ensuring that all patients receive the highest standard of care. Assess and monitor patient conditions, responding to changes in status quickly and efficiently Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Operate life-saving equipment, including ventilators and defibrillators Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to formulate cohesive patient care plans Maintain detailed patient records and handover efficiently to other healthcare professionals Educate patients and families on treatment plans and ongoing care needs Adhere to hospital safety protocols and healthcare regulations at all times Advanced knowledge of critical care techniques and protocols Ability to operate complex medical machinery Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities High resilience and stress management skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Oklahoma BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Certification preferred
