A thriving ENT practice in Oklahoma City is seeking a
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a
well-established, high-demand program with immediate patient
volume. This opportunity offers the rare combination of a built-in
referral network, a diverse clinical case mix, and the flexibility
to develop subspecialty interests. As the community continues to
grow, you'll inherit an active patient panel and play a key role in
expanding access to care while enjoying strong long-term practice
stability. Practice Overview: Join a respected, established ENT
practice with a robust referral base and immediate patient volume
Collaborative team environment with multiple physicians, advanced
practice providers, and experienced clinical staff Bread-and-butter
general ENT procedures Shared call structure with plans to reduce
as the group grows Schedule: Full-time weekday schedule with a
predictable structure Balanced mix of clinic and OR time throughout
the week Limited call rotation that supports long-term
sustainability No routine weekend clinic responsibilities outside
of scheduled call Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed base salary
with additional production-based earnings Sign-on bonus tied
