Job Description Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Respiratory Therapist, located in Oklahoma City, OK. The therapist will assess, plan, and provide direct patient care to individuals with cardiopulmonary conditions. Day-to-day tasks include administering respiratory treatments, monitoring respiratory functions, assisting with ventilators, and supporting patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) as needed. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals, is a key part of the role. The therapist will ensure compliance with medical policies and maintain detailed patient records. Qualifications Proficiency in Cardiopulmonary and Respiratory Care practices and procedures Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care and Respiratory Therapy techniques Knowledge of Medicine, including anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology as it relates to respiratory care Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and BLS/ACLS certifications Preferable but not required: Experience in a hospital or clinical setting, familiarity with the latest respiratory equipment and technology
