Radiology StartDate: ASAP Oversee and expand high-performing
Interventional Radiology operations as the Director, Interventional
Radiology at OU Health! Permanent | On-site The Position - The
Director, Interventional Radiology, will be responsible for
planning, organizing, and directing both clinical and non-clinical
operations of the Interventional Radiology service line, ensuring
alignment with institutional priorities. - Reporting to the
Associate Vice President, Procedural Services, this leader will
oversee one direct report and approximately 73 FTEs. - This leader
will play a key role in stabilizing staffing operations, leading
recruitment, and retention initiatives, and strengthening team
performance. Additionally, this individual will support service
line expansion through the opening of new procedure rooms and drive
process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
and key performance metrics. - Ideal candidates will bring
demonstrated leadership experience in interventional radiology or
invasive procedural services, serving as a subject matter expert
while prioritizing strong interpersonal skills and team engagement.
This leader must balance staff advocacy with strategic
decision-making, maintain transparency, accountability, and
alignment with organizational goals in a fast-paced procedural
environment. Requirements - BSN and Master's degree required. -
Active RN license, Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credential,
or ARRT registration required. - Minimum of five years of
progressive leadership experience required, including at least two
years of leadership within multidisciplinary adult diagnostic,
interventional radiology, or interventional cardiology services.
Experience within a major academic-affiliated health system is
