FS Job Details: • Provide nursing care to patients with health
problems ranging from simple to complex • Assume responsibility for
an assigned group of patients • Document patient responses to
nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments • Assist
physicians in examination of patients and performing minor
diagnostic procedures • Obtain and monitor physiological data of
patients • Administer medications as prescribed • Initiate,
regulate and monitor intravenous infusions and blood products •
Interact with family and patients to share care plans during
hospitalization and at discharge • Make referrals regarding patient
care needs to appropriate personnel • Delegate tasks to support
staff • Required: 1 year of nursing experience • Required:
Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program •
Required: Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of
Nursing or current multistate compact RN License (eNLC) • Required:
Current Basic Life Support certification issued by the American
Heart Association • Preferred: Bachelor of Science (or higher) in
Nursing Board Approved Program • Must demonstrate knowledge of
professional nursing theory, practices, techniques and procedures •
Strong organizational, planning, coordination and evaluation skills
required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed
• Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of
patients and visitors • Computer skills required Facility: This
