Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification Required from AHA 2 years hospital PT experience is required Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital Shift: Days Shift Details: 8 hr days with some weekends Location Highlights Lawton, Oklahoma offers a blend of outdoor adventure and cultural attractions.
