Job Description:

healthcare delivery system. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate
patient care in accordance with established standards and
practices. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to formulate
care plans and ensure continuity of patient care. Maintain accurate
patient records and administer medications and treatments as
prescribed. Provide education and support to patients and their
families regarding treatments and care plans. Participate in
professional development and adhere to all professional and ethical
nursing standards. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting
Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively
in a team-oriented environment Strong decision-making and
problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to
practice in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification required.
