Job Description Post Acute care NP/PA needed to join a growing
post acute team near Oklahoma City, OK. Enjoy a consistent schedule
with limited weekend coverage. Looking for candidates who have
experience in a hospitalist or post acute setting M-F 8 AM-5 PM.
Competitive compensation and full benefits including health,
vision, dental, and retirement. Manage complex, multi-morbid
patients across SNF's and LTAC's. EMR is RXNT. Must have active and
unrestricted FNP, AGNP, or PA license.
