Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Lawton, Oklahoma. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Stepdown - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown / Cardiovascular Care Unit (CVCU) | Travel We are seeking an experienced Stepdown Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Lawton, OK. This is a night-shift opportunity in a fast-paced cardiovascular care unit caring for high-acuity cardiac patients. Assignment Details: - Duration: 13 weeks - Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (3*12) - Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM - Weekend Requirement: 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule - No on-call Unit Details: - 33-bed Cardiovascular Care Unit - Patient ratio: 1:4 - Patient population includes STEMI/NSTEMI, CHF, post-cardiothoracic surgery (stepdown from ICU), noninvasive ventilation, antiarrhythmic drips, and peripheral vascular conditions Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiac stepdown patients - Monitor cardiac rhythms and administer IV cardiac medications - Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams - Float as needed to Med/Surg or ER to care for CVCU/Med-Surg holds Requirements: - Active Oklahoma RN license (Compact allowed) - Minimum 6 months of Stepdown or related experience - ACLS required - NIHSS preferred (facility will review without) - Flexibility required (no block scheduling) Compensation: Pay: $2,236 weekly • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees./n• 401K Plan./n•"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc./n• $300 - $1000 referral bonus.
