Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Oklahoma City, OK Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,100 to $2,300 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position Job title: Travel RN – Home Health Location: Oklahoma City, OK Assignment Length: 13 weeks with the possible extension Projected Start Date: March 16, 2026 Shift: Days — 5x8 (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) Guaranteed Hours: 40/week Responsibilities: Perform in?home patient assessments and evaluate physical, emotional, and environmental needs. Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, wound vac management, IV therapy, catheter care, and chronic disease management. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on physician orders and patient needs. Monitor patient condition, document changes, and communicate updates to the care team promptly. Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatments, safety, and medication management. Complete accurate and timely OASIS documentation for all assigned patients. Document all visits, assessments, and interventions in EPIC EMR. Coordinate care with physical therapy, occupational therapy, social work, and other disciplines. Requirements Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year in Home Health Certifications: BLS (AHA only) Preferred: ACLS EMR: EPIC Float: None Call: None Weekends: None Patient Ratio: 1:5 Patient Types: Wound care, IV therapy, OASIS documentation
