Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with neurological disorders. Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Observing and interpreting patient’s symptoms and communicating them to physicians. Collaborating with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients. Administering medication and using medical equipment safely. Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients. Documenting patient’s condition and nursing needs accurately. Proficient in using medical software for patient care management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. CPR certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
