nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in

Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - FS /n/n Job Details:
/n • Provide nursing care to patients with health problems ranging
from simple to complex /n• Assume responsibility for an assigned
group of patients /n• Document patient responses to nursing
interventions and prescribed medical treatments /n• Monitor and
record changes in physician orders for assigned patients /n• Assist
physicians in patient examinations and minor diagnostic procedures
/n• Obtain and monitor physiological data of patients and intervene
when necessary /n• Administer medications as prescribed /n•
Initiate, regulate, and monitor intravenous infusions and blood
products /n• Interact with families and patients regarding care
plans during hospitalization and discharge /n• Inform patients and
families about hospital procedures /n• Make referrals for patient
care needs to appropriate personnel /n• Delegate tasks to support
staff /n• Minimum one year of nursing experience required /n•
Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required
/n• Current RN License issued by Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or
multistate compact RN License (eNLC) required /n• Current Basic
Life Support certification from American Heart Association required
/n• ACLS certification from American Heart Association required /n•
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred /n/n Facility: /n This
