Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Travel Pediatric
Registered Nurse (Peds RN) to join our exceptional team in Oklahoma
City, Oklahoma. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity

requires a compassionate individual with a deep commitment to
pediatric care, ready to travel and handle a variety of clinical
situations in pediatric units. We offer a supportive work

dedicated to promoting excellent patient outcomes. Assess, plan,
and implement nursing care for children from infancy through
adolescence, respecting their developmental stages and individual
needs. Monitor patient conditions continuously; recognize, report,
and record physiological changes; take appropriate action.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor
responses. Advocate for patient needs and provide emotional support
to patients and their families, educating them about the child’s
condition, treatment plans, and any home care instructions.
Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on children’s
status and progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare
teams to improve care planning and coordination. Ensure compliance
with hospital protocols and safety standards, including hygiene and
infection control procedures. Proficiency in pediatric nursing
practices and patient care. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills to interact effectively with children and families. Critical
thinking and problem-solving skills. Compassion and patience with a
strong ability to empathize with children and their families.
Ability to act quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or ability
to obtain. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life
Support (PALS) certifications required.
