you will provide intermediate care to patients who require a

monitor patients' health conditions and needs in the IMC unit.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to formulate effective
care plans. Implement nursing care plans and administer medications
as prescribed. Provide post-operative care and monitoring for
stabilization. Educate patients and their families on treatment
plans and health management. Report patient status and progress to
relevant healthcare team members. Ensure compliance with hospital
policies and the highest standards of care. Strong clinical skills
in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Critical
thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Active Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or a compact state license
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification ACLS (Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred
