Position Highlights Outpatient-only role caring for a Medicare and Medicare Advantage senior population Longer, more meaningful visits focused on prevention and chronic disease management Value-based care model that rewards quality, not volume Full clinical and administrative support to simplify your workday Practice Environment Senior-focused clinic designed for connection, continuity, and comfort Care coordination, analytics teams, and nursing support built into the model Strong organizational structure centered on physician autonomy and patient outcomes Collaborative culture focused on communication, wellness, and team-based care Monday through Friday schedule, closed 12-1 pm for lunch, with no inpatient duties Compensation and Benefits Value-based competitive salary along with performance incentives and bonus potential of 100K Malpractice coverage included Licensure and renewal fees covered Four weeks of paid time off plus paid holidays Comprehensive W2 benefits package Flexible three-year agreement with only a 30-day notice requirement CME allowance and robust professional development support Candidate Requirements MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Commitment to providing high-quality care to a 65 patient panel Strong communicator who thrives in a team-driven, value-based model Excellent documentation habits with an emphasis on preventive care Spanish-speaking ability is preferred but not required Why Our Community?
