Annex About the Position : Griffin Memorial Hospital (GMH) Annex is
recruiting for Registered Nurses to work in our newly opened
forensic unit to lead our psychiatric?nursing team in delivering
safe, recovery-oriented care. You will assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate services for consumers while supervising Licensed
Practical Nurses, Consumer Recovery Specialists, and Mental Health
Technicians. Key Responsibilities Direct day-to-day clinical
operations and uphold nursing standards. Monitor quality-of-care
metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate
with physicians and hospital leadership on treatment plans and
policy. Coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff through training
and feedback. Job Type/Salary: Announcement opens 02/12/2026 until
filed This is a full-time shift position. Shifts are 12 hours in
duration. Annual Salary Options: Level III: $76,500/$36.78 hourly
Level II: $72,500/$34.86 hourly Level I: $70,000/$33.65 hourly PLUS
Stacking Shift Differentials: $3.00 for evenings, overnights,
weekends, and holidays Total Compensation Package: $71,000-$91,000,
depending on number of covered dependents Includes up to 7% 401k
match, 15 days annual leave AND 15 days sick leave per year, and a
great benefits allowance that allows you to choose excellent state
benefits at little to no cost! Primary Working Hours are: 6:30a –
7p (Day Shift), every other weekend required. Non-Exempt - OT

Annual Salary is $85,000 plus holiday, shift differential and
benefits! Day shift, every other weekends are required. The FLSA
Status is Exempt for this Position. Minimum Qualifications and
Experience: Level III – Bachelor’s in Nursing and possession of a
valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved
by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or Registered Nurse License
recognized by the eNLC and one year of professional nursing
experience OR Associate in Nursing and two years of professional
nursing experience Level II – Bachelor’s in Nursing and possession
of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as
approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or Registered Nurse
License recognized by the eNLC OR Associate in Nursing and one year
of professional nursing experience Level I – Associate in Nursing
and possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a
registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or
Registered Nurse License recognized by the eNLC. Note: eNLC refers
to the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact. If the applicant has an
out of state license with eNLC, s/he cannot be in a position that

Requirements: Upon a conditional offer of employment, Department of
Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services applicants must submit
to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination
requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and able to
push and pull a maximum force of 25 pounds. Applicants must be
willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally
associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s

Hospital Annex (GMH Annex) is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,
on the site of the former Hillcrest Hospital. This 30-bed facility
provides compassionate, recovery-focused care for individuals who
are pretrial defendants found incompetent to stand trial, as well
as those adjudicated Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity (NGRI) or Not
Guilty by Reason of Mental Illness (NGRMI). The GMH Annex is
dedicated to helping each person achieve stability, restore
competency, and successfully transition to the next stage of their
recovery journey. Drug and Alcohol Pre-employment and Preplacement
Testing: Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for
