ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med
Surg for a travel nursing job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN -
Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift:

Details: • Provide nursing care to a variety of patients with
health problems ranging from simple to complex • Must have MS
(Medical Surgical) and SD (Step Down) experience required • Travel
experience and Level 1 trauma experience preferred • Minimum 1 year
of nursing experience required • Assume responsibility for assigned
group of patients • Document patient responses to nursing
interventions and prescribed medical treatments • Assist physicians
in examination of patients and performing minor diagnostic
procedures • Obtain and monitor physiological data of patients and
intervene when necessary • Administer medications as prescribed and
monitor intravenous infusions and blood products • Interact with
families and patients regarding care plans during hospitalization
and at discharge • Make referrals regarding patient care needs to
appropriate personnel • Delegate tasks to support staff as needed •
Required certifications: Current RN License (Oklahoma or multistate
compact eNLC), Current Basic Life Support (AHA) • Associate's
Degree in Nursing from accredited program required • Bachelor of
Science in Nursing preferred • Strong verbal and written
communication skills required • Computer skills and ability to
respond to cultural and language needs of patients Facility: This
