ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med
Surg for a travel nursing job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN -
Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift:

Details: • Provide nursing care to patients with health problems
ranging from simple to complex • SD and MS shifts required • Assume
responsibility for an assigned group of patients • Document patient
responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical
treatments • Assist physicians in examinations and minor diagnostic
procedures • Monitor physiological data and intervene when
necessary • Administer medications as prescribed • Initiate,
regulate, and monitor intravenous infusions and blood products •
Interact with patients and families regarding care plans and
discharge procedures • Make referrals for patient care needs to
appropriate personnel • Delegate tasks to support staff • 1 year of
nursing experience required • Associate's Degree in Nursing from
accredited program required • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
preferred • Current Oklahoma RN License or multistate compact RN
License (eNLC) required • Current Basic Life Support certification
from American Heart Association required • Knowledge of
professional nursing theory, practices, and procedures required •
Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills needed •
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required •
Computer skills necessary • Ability to respond effectively to
