Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Lawton, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,150 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/12/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Lawton, Oklahoma, 73505! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Stepdown Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years Stepdown experience required License: Oklahoma State License required Certifications: ACLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: - Flexibility required, as there is no block scheduling - Candidates should be able to float to Med/Surg or ER to take holds Description: This unit cares for STEMI/NSTEMI patients. Patients being evaluated for chest pain are also included. Care for patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) is provided. Noninvasive ventilation is utilized when necessary. Care is provided for patients recovering from cardiothoracic surgery after ICU stays. Administration of antiarrhythmic IV medications is part of the responsibilities. Patients with peripheral vascular compromise are also treated. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and workload as required.
