About the Position Job Title: Labor and Delivery Director
Profession: RN Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 8 Hour Days Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 5 years
as staff RN, 2 years as Director License: RN License required
Certifications: Fetal heart monitoring, NRP, ACLS, BLS required
Must-Have: Management experience in Labor and Delivery Description:
The Labor and Delivery Director will oversee the daily operations
of the unit. The position requires strong leadership skills and the
ability to manage a diverse team. Candidates must possess effective
communication skills and a commitment to patient care. The unit
consists of 3 labor suites and 7 mother/baby rooms. Staff includes
14 RNs, 3 LPNs, and 2 nurse techs. Experience in fetal heart
monitoring and neonatal resuscitation is essential. The ideal
candidate will promote a collaborative and supportive environment
