X-Ray Tech Location: Oklahoma City, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,248 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position Job Title: Radiographer II Profession: Radiographer Specialty: - Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days S/S/M Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: One year full-time experience as a certified or registered cardiovascular or radiologic technology professional in the specialty required. License: ARDMS, ARRT and/or CCI credentials in the cardiovascular or radiologic technology specialty must be current upon hire or advancement. Certifications: AHA BLS Must-Have: Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited educational program with emphasis in a primary cardiovascular specialty or graduate of a JRCERT accredited educational program with emphasis in a radiologic technology specialty. Description: Under general supervision, performs advanced level professional work in exposing and processing radiographic images and fluoroscopy examinations. Circulates to other diagnostic radiology areas as assigned by the supervisor, including surgery, trauma, and pediatrics. Is recognized as an expert in the field or participates in a training program to enhance knowledge and skills in specialized radiology areas or modalities. Operates standard and portable radiology equipment to perform radiographic examinations and fluoroscopy studies. Assists physicians and performs specialized imaging procedures. Troubleshoots and resolves problems regarding equipment and/or film output. Acts as a resource and preceptor for other Radiographers and/or students. May participate in training programs to enhance radiology skills and become proficient in producing images in Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, or Special Procedures. Maintains records, inventory, and equipment for the area of primary responsibility. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge of the techniques of diagnostic radiography is required. Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of radiographic equipment is required. Ability to prioritize assignments is necessary. Ability to assess, treat, and care for patients of varying ages is important. Good interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to communicate technical information clearly so that patients and/or parents can understand the procedure and what is expected of them is crucial. Computer skills are required.
