Physician Assistant | Family Practice Location: Buffalo, OK Employer: Curative Pay: $140,000 to $150,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Physician Assistant Needed in Buffalo, Oklahoma Step into a well-supported rural practice where you'll have a balanced mix of outpatient primary care and emergency room call coverage. This full-time role offers a steady schedule, strong mentorship, and a close-knit care team. Practice Overview You'll join 1 supervising physician and 1 other PA, providing full-spectrum primary care across two outpatient clinics Outpatient care at Buffalo and Laverne clinics, rotating 2 days at one location and 3 days at the other weekly with the schedule built out 60 days in advance ER call coverage at a rural emergency hospital with level 4 trauma and level 3 stroke capabilities - very low volume Epic EMR, experienced nursing staff, and dedicated clinic support at each site Schedule Monday-Friday clinic hours (8 a.m.-5 p.m.), averaging 14 patients per day (work 5 days one week, 4 the next) ER call 1-2 weekdays per week and 1 weekend per month, with light trauma volume No after-hours call for outpatient clinics; one administrative day off every other week Call schedule set 60 days in advance, with on-site call suite and optional housing nearby Compensation & Benefits $135,000 guaranteed salary for a 3-year term, plus $75,000 tax-free HRSA loan forgiveness $5,000 relocation assistance; on-site housing option for $500/month utilities 160 hours paid time off, 5 CME days, and $4,000 CME allowance annually Health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement match, and malpractice with tail coverage Candidate Requirements Licensed Physician Assistant with interest or experience in both outpatient and ER settings Comfortable managing a broad range of primary care and urgent/emergent presentations Willingness to participate in a rotating call schedule Team-oriented with a commitment to rural community care Community & Location Highlights Buffalo offers small-town living within 40 minutes of larger communities like Woodward and Laverne Outdoor recreation at Ft.
