Cardiology for a travel nursing job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cardiology - Discipline: RN
- Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week -
Shift: 10 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN
- Cardiac Cath Lab Job Details: • Provide nursing care to patients
with health problems ranging from simple to complex • Assume
responsibility for an assigned group of patients • Call is rotated
for nights and weekends • Assist physicians in patient examinations
and minor diagnostic procedures • Document patient responses to
nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments •
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor intravenous
infusions and blood products • Obtain and monitor physiological
data of patients and intervene when necessary • Interact with
families and patients regarding care plans and discharge planning •
Make referrals regarding patient care needs to appropriate
personnel • Delegate tasks to support staff • Must have 2 years
recent Cardiac Cath Lab experience • One year of nursing experience
required • Current RN License issued by Oklahoma State Board of
Nursing or multistate compact RN License required • Required
certifications: Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) and
ACLS (American Heart Association) • Associate's Degree in Nursing
from accredited program required • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Computer skills and ability to respond to cultural and language
