Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/29/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Stepdown Job Details: • Care for patients with STEMI/NSTEMI, chest pain rule out, CHF, and peripheral vascular compromise • Manage patients requiring noninvasive ventilation and antiarrhythmic IV medications • Provide care for cardiothoracic surgery patients after ICU step-down • Float to Med/Surg or ER to take CVCU/Med Surg holds as required • Work 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule • No on-call responsibilities • No block scheduling - flexibility required • Minimum 6 months of Stepdown experience required • Required certifications: ACLS, NIHSS • Oklahoma nursing license required • Must provide work history and permanent address in profile Facility: This healthcare facility operates a specialized stepdown unit that provides intermediate care for patients transitioning from intensive care to general medical floors.
