Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Oklahoma Start Date: January 29, 2026 Location: Lawton, Oklahoma Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 13-week assignment with flexible staffing ratios Highlights: Provide critical care to seriously ill patients in the intensive care unit Standard ICU staffing ratio of 2:1 with occasional 3:1 assignments Opportunity to float to Emergency Department for hold patients Occasional medical-surgical cross-training at 5:1 ratio Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team on individualized treatment plans Fast-paced environment requiring rapid response to medical emergencies Requirements: Active Oklahoma RN license (or multistate compact license) Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association) Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) ICU nursing experience strongly preferred All compliance documentation must be submitted one week prior to start date Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers experienced ICU nurses the chance to expand their critical care skills while working with a diverse patient population.
