Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Job Details: • Provide nursing care to
patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex •
Assume responsibility for assigned group of patients under general
supervision • Document patient responses to nursing interventions
and prescribed medical treatments • Assist physicians in patient
examinations and minor diagnostic procedures • Obtain and monitor
physiological data, observe patient manifestations and intervene
when necessary • Administer medications as prescribed and manage
intravenous infusions and blood products • Interact with patients
and families regarding care plans during hospitalization and
discharge • Make referrals to appropriate personnel for patient
care needs • Delegate tasks to support staff as appropriate • 1
year of nursing experience required • Associate's Degree in Nursing
from accredited program required • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
preferred • Current Oklahoma RN License or multistate compact RN
License (eNLC) required • Current Basic Life Support certification
from American Heart Association required • Strong verbal and
written communication skills needed • Computer skills required •
