Job Description OB/GYN PhysicianPractice Highlights - Work-Life
Balance: - Light call schedule with CNMs handling primary call
(~25% physician intervention). - Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, 3-4
clinic days, 1 OR day. - Favorable 1:5 call rotation, no overnight
stays. - Well-established OB/GYN department at 72-bed (built 2010).
- Epic EMR, 12 exam rooms, 4 labor/delivery rooms. - Dedicated team
of 5 OB/GYNs, 7 CNMs, 1 APRN. - Culture & Support: - Strong CNM
support reduces call burden - Professional Growth Opportunities: -
$3,500 CME allowance 10 days. - Optimal Patient Volume: - 18-20
clinic patients/day, 75-80 deliveries/month (28% C-sections).
Compensation & Benefits - Competitive Compensation Generous Quality
Bonus: Sign-On Bonus - Student Loan Repayment Assistance:
$25,000/year ($200,000 over 8 years), PSLF eligible. -
