Overview: In this role, you will apply the nursing process to
deliver exceptional patient care. You will hold professional
accountability for the care provided to your assigned patients and
assess the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other
caregivers. Collaboration with various departments to coordinate
patient care is essential. Upholding patient rights and ensuring
the confidentiality of their information is a priority. Your

standards. Position Details:Qualifications: Education: Completion
of an accredited program in registered professional nursing is
required. Licensure: You are responsible for acquiring and
maintaining a valid RN license in the state of employment or a
compact license, ensuring compliance with all state nursing board
regulations. Physical Requirements: Regularly push, pull, or lift
up to 50 pounds. Prolonged standing and walking are necessary
during each shift. Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and
squat to fulfill job duties. Experience and Certifications:
Certifications: A Basic Life Support certification from the
American Heart Association is required or must be completed within
30 days of hire. Depending on the specific position or unit,
additional certifications may be necessary within a designated
timeframe, including: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) NRP
(Neonatal Resuscitation Program) ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric
Course) TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) CPHON (Certified
Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurse) OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)
BLS (Basic Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization)
S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work,
And Emotional Support) C-EFM (Fetal Monitor Certification) Other
