Surg for a travel nursing job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN -
Start Date: 01/19/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week -
Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN -
FS Job Details: • Provide nursing care to patients with health
problems ranging from simple to complex • Assume responsibility for
an assigned group of patients • Document patient responses to
nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments • Assist
physicians in patient examinations and minor diagnostic procedures
• Obtain and monitor physiological data of patients and intervene
when necessary • Administer medications as prescribed • Initiate,
regulate and monitor intravenous infusions and blood products •
Interact with families and patients regarding care plans during
hospitalization and discharge • Inform patients and families of
hospital procedures • Make referrals regarding patient care needs
to appropriate personnel • Delegate tasks to support staff • 1 year
of nursing experience required • Associate's Degree in Nursing from
an accredited program required • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
preferred • Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board
of Nursing or multistate compact RN License required • Current
Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association
required • Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices,
techniques and procedures • Strong organizational, planning,
coordination and evaluation skills • Good verbal and written
communication skills • Computer skills required Facility: This
