Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Labor and Delivery - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 11/03/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery night shift position requiring Level I experience and current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications. Responsibilities - Position is in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit specializing in caring for obstetric patients - Night shift schedule, working three 12-hour shifts per week - Requires experience with Level I acuity - Assignment duration is 13 weeks - Provide comprehensive nursing care to obstetric patients during labor and delivery - Document patient responses and medical interventions accurately - Assist physicians with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments - Administer prescribed medication and monitor IV infusions and blood products - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and delegate tasks to support staff - Communicate care plans and hospital procedures to patients and families Requirements - Active Oklahoma or multi-state compact RN license required - Minimum of one year Labor & Delivery experience required - Current BLS and ACLS certification from AHA required - Current Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required - Current NRP Advance Provider or NRP Instructor certification required - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN or MSN preferred - Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Benefits - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-621843.
