$1,656 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Behavioral Health Duration:
13 Weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 6
months License: State License Certifications: NIH, BLS (AHA)
Must-Have: - De-Escalation training - Highly Preferred - Recent
traveler experience - Highly Preferred Description: Responsible for
input given into the formulation of the patient care plan.
Responsible for attending weekly clinical staffing and review of
patient treatment plan. Directly responsible for medication
education with all patients and families. Assures patient's
emotional and mental observations are reported to medical and
clinical staff and documented accurately and precisely in the
patient chart. Conducts teaching and educational groups as
scheduled. Trains other staff in charting, vital signs, patient
routines, and proper de-escalation techniques. Actively
participates in performance improvement teams or other task forces.
Accepts educational or marketing assignments as directed by
management. Maintains Therapeutic Options certification up to date.
Serves as a positive role model for patients and colleagues in
