Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Qualifications: Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing. Licensure: Active LPN license in Oklahoma. Experience: 6 months of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office. Certification: Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire .
