    • Weekly Gross: $2,106.00 Per Week
    • On W2 (Taxable): $720.00 Per Week ($20/hour)
    • Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,386.00 Per Week -Job Description:The Registered Nurse - Rehab will provide safe, competent, and high-quality nursing care for patients in accordance with the facility's policies, standards, and philosophy. The RN will play a key role in delivering patient-centered care while demonstrating excellence in service standards. -Key Responsibilities:
      • Provide direct patient care in the medical-surgical unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
      • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans as needed.
      • Monitor vital signs, interpret diagnostic tests, and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
      • Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
      • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
      • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities in the Cerner electronic health record (EHR) system.
      • Demonstrate leadership by supporting and mentoring other healthcare team members.
      • Adhere to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards.
      • Foster a culture of service excellence, ensuring patient satisfaction and high-quality care. -Required Qualifications:
        • Current RN License (Active and unrestricted)
        • BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NIHSS certifications required
        • Minimum of 2 years of Rehab experience.
        • Travel nursing experience required
        • Cerner EHR experience required
        • Must reside at least 100 miles away from the facility
        • Rehabilitation (rehab) experience. -Preferred Qualifications:
          • Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
          • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
