Job SummarySSM Health is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Services Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Sports Medicine-Physical Therapy department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.Responsibilities

• Assist patients with treatments as directed by licensed therapists.
• Conduct passive range of motion and monitor active range of motion on assigned patients.
• Set up patients for hot pack and cold pack treatments, and monitor patients performing basic exercises.
• Provide feedback to therapists regarding patient performance.
• Perform charge audits and charge reconciliation, and communicate needed corrections to appropriate personnel.
• Identify new therapy orders and patient discharges, and assign new patients to therapists.
• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Complete non-clinical and clerical tasks as assigned.Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
