Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Unit
Seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our Med/Surg unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, leading unit staffing, and collaborating with advanced practice providers to achieve quality outcomes.

  Responsibilities:
  
  
• Assigns, directs, educates, and monitors nursing and support staff during assigned shift
  
• Assesses daily patient care needs and develops and distributes patient care assignments
  
• Collaborates with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes
  
• Evaluates the effectiveness of patient care and identifies any issues that affect desired patient outcomes
  
• Responds to complaints about patient care and manages through established channels
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
  
• One year of registered nurse experience
  
• Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification
  
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of employment
  
  
  Physical Requirements:
  
  
• Constant use of speech to share information through oral communication
  
• Constant standing and walking
  
• Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs
  
• Frequent sitting, reaching, and keyboard use/data entry
