Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at SSM Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs to ensure a smooth transition to home or other care settings.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
