  • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
  • Knowledge of professional nursing theories, practices, techniques, and procedures.
  • Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services, applying nursing techniques and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
