About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team at INTEGRIS Health. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to critically ill newborns and their families.Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage the care of critically ill newborns, including those requiring life-sustaining therapies
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and families
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based careRequirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
  • Current BLS certification upon hire, or completion within 30 days of hire
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
