Unlock Your Career PotentialMercy Health SystemJob Title: Facility Float Pool RNJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Float Pool team at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various Med-Surg areas, including Step Down, Cardio, Ortho, Oncology, Neuro, and General Surgery.Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Float to different Med-Surg areas to meet patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledgeRequirements:
  • Current RN licensure with Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or current RN Oklahoma temporary work permit
  • 1 year Med-Surg experience as a RN
  • BLS certification
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe mannerWhat We Offer:
    • $10/hour incentive for floating
    • 12 hour shifts
    • Shift differential $3.25 evenings/$4.00 nights/$4.00 weekends
