Job Description & RequirementsINTEGRIS Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a First Assistant in the Operating Room. As a key member of our surgical team, you will provide exceptional care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.Responsibilities:

• Assist the primary operating surgeon in the perioperative care of patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Participate in the management and delivery of patient care, utilizing the nursing process to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Develop and implement individualized surgical nursing care management plans before, during, and after surgery.
• Recognize and respond to surgical hazards and initiate appropriate interventions.Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
  • CNOR Certification.
  • BLS Certification and/or ACLS.
  • RNFA Certification.
  • Documented validation of professional achievement of identified standards of practice as defined by the AORN.
