Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic Spine Unit at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to spinal surgery patients and medical patients in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in spinal care.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence and teamwork, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
  • Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • ACLS and BLS certifications, with other unit-specific certifications as required.Benefits
