Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our high-energy Mother Baby unit at Mercy Hospital OKC. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to new mothers and their babies.About the RoleThis is a full-time, night shift position that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with a range of obstetric and maternal health needs.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to new mothers and their babies, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.

    • Hold a current RN license in the state of Oklahoma.
    • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in obstetrics or maternal health.
    • Be certified in NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and BLS (Basic Life Support).
    • Be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
