Heart Hospital is looking for an experienced Cardiac Advanced
Practice Provider to join the practice of Vascular Surgeons, Dr.
Oaks/ Dr. Magee.As a Cardiac Advanced Practice Provider, you will
be responsible for providing comprehensive cardiovascular care to
patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and
follow-up. This role requires advanced clinical knowledge,
excellent decision-making skills, and a compassionate approach to
patient care.Conduct thorough cardiac assessments, including
medical history review, physical exams, and diagnostic tests
interpretation.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
for patients with cardiac conditions, in collaboration with
physicians and other healthcare providers.Perform and interpret
diagnostic procedures such as electrocardiograms (ECGs),
echocardiograms, stress tests, and cardiac
catheterizations.Prescribe medications, adjust dosages, and monitor
patients' responses to treatment.Educate patients and their
families on cardiac health, treatment options, lifestyle
modifications, and preventive measures.Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases, treatment
plans, and outcomes.Provide follow-up care to monitor patients'
progress, address concerns, and make necessary adjustments to
treatment plans.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records,
including medical history, assessments, treatments, and progress
notes.Stay updated on the latest advancements in cardiac care
through continuing education, conferences, and professional
development activities.Adhere to legal and ethical standards of
practice, including patient confidentiality, informed consent, and

National certification from a national certifying body acceptable
by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing in the following specialties:
Adult Gerontology Acute Care (AG-AC NP) or Acute Care NP.Physician
Assistant: Baccalaureate degree with a minimum of two years of
college credit or graduate from ARC-PA (Accreditation Review
Commission on education for the Physician Assistant) approved
program. Current license as a Physician Assistant with the Oklahoma
Board of Medical Licensure. BLS certification
required.Education:Current certification as an Adult Gerontology
Acute Care or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AG-AC NP or Acute Care
NP), Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) or Physician Assistant (PA)
specializing in cardiology.State licensure as an Advanced Practice
Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C).Minimum of
2-3 years of clinical experience in cardiology or a related
field.Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the
ability to interpret complex cardiac tests and imaging
studies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and
healthcare team members.Proficiency in electronic medical records
(EMR) systems EPIC and other healthcare technologies.Commitment to
ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice in
cardiac care.Licensure/Certification: Current BLS certification
required. ACLS certification within 60 days of hire.Experience:
